1. Acceptance & Registration
By registering as a Vendor or Seller on M-ShowShop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
To register as a seller, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or operate as a legally registered business entity.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Maintain the accuracy of your account information at all times.
M-ShowShop reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any seller application at its sole discretion.
2. Marketplace Relationship
M-ShowShop operates as a multi-vendor marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers, suppliers, fulfillment partners, and merchants.
Sellers remain solely responsible for:
Product ownership and legality.
Product quality and compliance.
Inventory management.
Product descriptions and content accuracy.
Fulfillment obligations.
Nothing in these Terms shall create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between M-ShowShop and the seller.
3. Fees & Commissions
M-ShowShop may charge commissions, service fees, subscription fees, promotional fees, or other marketplace-related charges.
Applicable fees will be communicated through the seller dashboard, agreements, or official platform communications.
M-ShowShop reserves the right to update fee structures with reasonable prior notice.
4. Payments & Settlements
Seller earnings become eligible for payout after:
Successful delivery of the order.
Completion of any applicable holding period.
Resolution of any pending disputes, returns, chargebacks, or investigations.
M-ShowShop may apply a temporary reserve or holding period when necessary to protect customers and marketplace integrity.
Payouts may be processed through:
Bank transfers
Mobile wallets
Electronic payment services
Other approved payment methods
Minimum payout requirements may apply.
5. Products & Listings
Sellers are fully responsible for all content uploaded to the platform, including:
Product titles
Descriptions
Images
Pricing
Specifications
Regulatory compliance
The following are strictly prohibited:
Counterfeit products
Illegal products
Infringing intellectual property
Misleading product information
Restricted goods prohibited by law
M-ShowShop reserves the right to remove, modify, or suspend any listing that violates marketplace policies.
6. Inventory Management
Sellers must maintain accurate inventory levels and promptly update stock availability.
Repeated order cancellations due to unavailable inventory may result in account penalties, listing restrictions, or suspension.
7. Shipping & Fulfillment
Sellers are responsible for preparing orders accurately and securely.
Products must be packaged appropriately to prevent damage during shipping.
Where fulfillment services, dropshipping providers, or logistics partners are involved, sellers remain responsible for ensuring successful order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
8. Returns, Refunds & Disputes
Sellers must cooperate with M-ShowShop regarding:
Returns
Refund requests
Customer complaints
Product disputes
For returns caused by seller error, defective products, incorrect shipments, or inaccurate listings, the seller may be responsible for applicable costs.
M-ShowShop reserves the right to investigate disputes and make final marketplace decisions in accordance with platform policies.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
M-ShowShop may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
Fraudulent activity
Policy violations
Excessive customer complaints
Repeated fulfillment failures
Legal or regulatory concerns
Upon account termination, any eligible balances may be released according to marketplace policies after applicable reviews are completed.
10. Confidentiality
Sellers agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information obtained through the platform, including customer information, business information, marketplace data, and operational processes.
This obligation survives account closure or termination.
11. Modifications
M-ShowShop reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
