1. Introduction Welcome to M Show Shop. By using our website or app and making any purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document. Please read them carefully before confirming any order.

2. Nature of the Platform M Show Shop is a multi-vendor marketplace that enables local merchants to display and sell their products directly to buyers. In addition, the platform relies on external suppliers (dropshipping) to provide and deliver certain products. The platform acts as an administrative and technical intermediary to ensure service quality.

3. Registration & Account

  • You must be 18 years or older to register and make purchases.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Creating more than one account per person is prohibited.
  • The platform reserves the right to suspend any account found engaging in fraudulent activity or manipulation.

4. Orders & Payment (Important Update)

  • All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes.
  • Payment System: We primarily rely on the "Cash on Delivery" (COD) service. Please prepare the exact amount to hand over to the shipping courier upon the arrival of the order.
  • Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to telephone confirmation by our customer service team before shipping procedures begin. If our calls are not answered within 48 hours, the store reserves the right to automatically cancel the order.
  • Credit card details (if electronic payment is activated in the future) are not stored on the platform's servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping and delivery operations are carried out through specialized third-party courier companies.
  • Delivery time within the Arab Republic of Egypt usually ranges between 2 to 5 business days. This period may be affected by weekends, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond the control of the platform or the shipping company.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the governorate and are clearly displayed to the customer before confirming the order.
  • In case a shipment is delayed past the expected date, please contact customer service within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

6. Returns & Exchanges (Flexible & Fair Policy)

  • The buyer has the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days of the receipt date.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect or order error: The platform or the supplier will fully cover the shipping costs (both ways), and the amount will be refunded to the customer or the product exchanged for free.
  • In case of a change of mind (no defect in the product): The customer has the right to return the product, but the customer will bear the initial shipping cost and the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
  • Conditions for accepting a return: The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging and wrapping. Perishable products, or personal care items whose packaging has been opened, are non-returnable for health reasons.
  • Right of Inspection: Visual inspection of the shipment with the courier is allowed before payment. In case of refusing to receive it, only the shipping fees are paid to the courier.

7. Consumer Protection M Show Shop complies with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its amendments. Every consumer has the right to file a complaint through the customer service channels available on the website.
