1. Acceptance & Registration
To join M Show Shop as a vendor, you must read and fully agree to these terms. Completing the registration process constitutes explicit acceptance of all provisions in this agreement.
You must be a legal adult (natural person) or a registered legal entity.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration.
Approval of registration is at the sole discretion of the platform.
2. Commission & Fees
The platform charges a commission on every completed sale as follows:
Launch Commission: 10% during the initial launch period (first 3 months).
Standard Commission: 15% after the launch period ends.
Commission is calculated on the product price before shipping fees.
The platform reserves the right to adjust commission rates with at least 30 days' prior notice.
3. Payment System & Settlements
Financial dues for vendors are managed as follows:
Upon a completed sale and successful delivery to the customer, the net proceeds (after commission deduction) are held for 14 days as a "Pending Period".
The purpose of the pending period is to protect the buyer and ensure no disputes or returns arise.
After the 14-day period, the funds become payable to the vendor.
Payouts and settlements are processed periodically via available methods (such as Bank Transfer, Mobile Wallets, or any other agreed-upon approved payment method).
Minimum payout amount: EGP 200.
4. Products & Content
Vendors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of product descriptions and images.
Listing counterfeit or legally prohibited products is strictly forbidden.
Vendors must hold all required licenses for regulated products (cosmetics, electronics, etc.).
The platform reserves the right to remove any product without prior notice if it violates policies.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Vendors must prepare, pack, and hand over the orders to the platform's shipping courier within the specified timeframe (maximum 48 hours).
In case of delay beyond the agreed handover time with the courier, the platform must be notified immediately.
Vendors are responsible for packaging the products securely to protect them from damage and ensuring they are handed over to the shipping courier in perfect condition.
6. Returns & Disputes
For returns caused by product defects, vendors bear the reverse shipping cost.
The platform mediates disputes between vendors and buyers, and its decision is final within its policies.
If a vendor is found to have provided misleading information, the platform may withhold payments and suspend the account.
7. Termination & Suspension
Vendors may close their account with at least 14 days' written notice.
The platform may immediately suspend or terminate a vendor account for breach of terms.
Upon termination, outstanding balances will be settled according to platform policies.
8. Confidentiality
Vendors agree not to disclose any confidential information relating to the platform, its customers, or other vendors. This obligation applies during and after the term of this agreement.
