At M Show Shop, we always strive to provide the best shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period and Shipping Costs

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or receiving the wrong product: The right of return extends to 30 days (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law), and the platform (or the supplier) will fully cover all shipping costs.

In case of a change of mind (no defect in the product): The customer has the right to return within 14 days, but the customer will bear the initial shipping fees and the return shipping fees, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
2. Conditions for Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in the exact original condition in which it was received.

The product must be in its original packaging or box with all tags intact.

Availability of the original invoice, proof of purchase, (or the shipping waybill attached to the package).
3. Non-Returnable Items For health, hygiene, and legal reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods.

Personal care and cosmetic products (if their original packaging has been opened or used).

Products that have been custom-made or personalized according to the customer's request.
4. Multi-Vendor and Supplier Policy Since M Show Shop is a platform hosting independent vendors and relying on external suppliers to fulfill certain orders:

Return requests are initially reviewed in coordination with the respective vendor or supplier.

The platform's management is committed to protecting the buyer's rights and will intervene as a neutral party in the event of any dispute between the buyer and the vendor to ensure a fair and swift resolution.
5. Return Steps

To submit a return request, please contact our support team directly via email at: info@mshowshop.com, including your order number and the reason for the return (it is required to attach clear photos of the product if there is a defect or damage).

The request will be reviewed within 48 business hours, and you will be provided with instructions for handing over the product to the shipping courier for its return to the warehouses.
6. Refunds (For Cash on Delivery Orders)

Once the returned product is received at the warehouses, inspected, and confirmed to meet the conditions, the refund process will begin.

Since the store relies on the "Cash on Delivery" system, the refunded amount will be transferred to the customer via available electronic methods (such as: Instapay, Vodafone Cash, E-wallets, or bank transfer) within 5 to 14 business days from the date the return is received and inspected.
