Vendor Guide M Show Shop — Your complete guide to getting started and succeeding on our platform
1. Welcome to M Show Shop
We're thrilled to have you join the M Show Shop vendor community — Egypt's premier marketplace for local merchants. This guide will help you get started correctly and make the most of the platform.
2. Registration Steps
Step 1: Click 'Register as a Vendor' on the homepage.
- Enter your store details: name, description, category, logo.
Step 2: Account Activation.
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- Await approval from the M Show Shop team (within 24–48 hours).
Step 3: Complete Your Profile.
- Add your bank details or e-wallet for payouts.
- Set up your shipping policy.
3. Listing Products
- Go to Dashboard → Products → Add Product.
- Write a clear product name and detailed description.
- Add high-quality images (minimum 3 images, at least 1000×1000 px).
- Set the price and available quantity.
- Select the appropriate product category.
- Save the product — it will go through a brief review before being published.
4. Managing Orders
- You will receive instant email notifications for every new order.
- Go to Dashboard → Orders to track all your orders.
- Update the order status as soon as it ships and add the tracking number.
- Adhere to your stated shipping timeframes to maintain your rating.
5. Wallet & Payout System
The platform operates a transparent electronic wallet system:
- After each completed sale, funds enter a Pending status for 14 days.
- The pending period exists to protect buyers before funds are released.
- After 14 days, funds become Available for Withdrawal.
- You will receive an email notification when funds are ready to withdraw.
- Minimum withdrawal: EGP 200.
- Payouts are processed within 3–5 business days from the withdrawal request.
6. Tips for Success
- Photos drive sales: use a white background and good lighting.
- Accurate descriptions = fewer returns: include sizes, materials, and specs.
- Respond fast: aim to reply to buyer enquiries within 2 hours.
- Stay competitive: regularly check competitor pricing.
- Keep inventory updated: avoid order cancellations by keeping stock counts accurate.
7. Ratings System
Buyers rate their experience after every purchase. Ratings directly affect your products' ranking in search results. To maintain a high rating:
- Ensure product descriptions are accurate and items match.
- Ship on time.
- Good packaging protects the product and improves buyer impressions.
- Communicate positively with buyers.
